Please contact the parish office to arrange your child's baptism. Baptisms cannot be scheduled until we receive the Information Form and at least one Godparent Letter of Recommendation.

Godparent Letter of Recommendation

Requirements for the office of Godparent are given to us by the Church. Godparents must be at least 16; baptized; confirmed in the Catholic Church; have received first Holy Communion, and be either single or in a valid Catholic marriage.
